("Studeli," "we," "us," or "our") is a company registered in the Netherlands, providing AI-powered educational technology services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or legal guardian to oversee your use of our Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and everything that happens when your account is used.

Our Services provide AI-powered educational tools for creating study materials — including study guides, summaries, practice questions, and flashcards — as well as an AI Tutor chatbot. You can organize your study materials into learning environments for easier management. We use advanced AI technology from providers including Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and OpenRouter to create educational content. You understand that AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be used as a learning aid, not as a sole source of information.

While we strive for accuracy in all AI-generated content on our platform — including study guides, summaries, practice questions, flashcards, and AI Tutor responses — we cannot guarantee their complete accuracy or suitability for specific educational requirements. Users should verify and validate all AI-generated content before use in formal educational contexts.

The AI Tutor is a supplementary learning tool designed to assist with understanding study materials. It is not a replacement for professional instruction, academic advising, or certified tutoring services.

We offer both private and public learning spaces. When you create content on our platform, you control its visibility. Private content is only accessible to you, while public content can be viewed by other platform users.

Each subscription tier includes specific generation and usage limits for AI-powered features, including study material generation and AI Tutor usage. These limits help ensure fair usage and maintain service quality for all users. Higher-tier subscribers receive increased generation allowances and access to additional features. Usage limits are strictly enforced per subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher tier. Our subscription tiers are designed for regular educational use. While daily and weekly generation limits define the maximum available usage, they are not intended as guaranteed daily allocations. We reserve the right to review accounts that consistently and systematically exhaust their full generation limits over extended periods, as this level of usage may exceed the sustainable capacity of the subscription tier. In such cases, we may reach out to discuss your usage needs, suggest a more appropriate plan, or, where necessary, apply reasonable usage restrictions. We will always provide notice before taking any action that affects your access.

When you use our Services, you'll interact with different types of content. We own our platform, including its design, code, and features. When you create content using our platform ("User Content"), including by uploading files or providing text input, you keep ownership of your original content but give us permission to host and display it as part of our services.

For AI-generated content (including study guides, summaries, flashcards, practice questions, and AI Tutor responses), we provide you a license to use it for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, you should review and verify any AI-generated content before relying on it.

Content generated from your uploaded files is derived from your original materials. You retain rights to your original uploaded content. The AI-generated derivative content is licensed to you for educational use under the same terms as other AI-generated content on our platform.
