At Studeli, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our subscribers. Our refunds are processed through Paddle, our official payment processor, who handles all payment-related matters including taxes and currency conversions.

Subscription Refunds

All Studeli subscription payments are processed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's refund policies. We generally process refund requests within the first 14 days of a new subscription purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, not directly by Studeli
  • Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase
  • Free trial conversions are subject to our standard refund policy

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Visit paddle.net
  2. Submit a refund request using the email address associated with your Studeli account.
  3. Locate your Paddle receipt or transaction number in the email you receive.
  4. Provide the transaction details and reason for requesting a refund.

Refund Amount Variations

The final refund amount may differ from the original payment due to several factors:

Tax Adjustments

Taxes collected at purchase are recalculated during refund processing. Changes in tax rates or laws may affect the final refund amount.

Currency Fluctuations

If your purchase was made in a different currency, exchange rate changes between purchase and refund dates may impact the refunded amount.

Processing Fees

Certain transaction fees, including payment processing fees, may not be refundable.

Partial Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term, refunds may be prorated based on usage period.

Educational Content and Usage

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for:

  • Generated educational content, including study materials and practice questions
  • Time spent using our platform's features
  • Subscription time already used
